Big Team Games

Hi folks,

 

Just wondering - will Big Team Slayer eventually change to include some objective game types, essentially making it like Reach's Big Team Battle?

 

I'm finding it getting a bit tiresome, the lack of variety you have when playing with a full party of friends. Big Team CTF was really fun back in Reach - I'm hoping 343 are at least considering adding this in. Any thoughts on this?

 

I've had a look around but cant seem to find any information in regards to it.

 

Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Big team battle, or BTB, was a part of halo mutiplayer long before halo reach.

 

But I digress, it's not in halo 4, and this is a grave injustice. The assault gametype is also missing completely, as is the option to make a single flag CTF gametype.

Lots of gametypes this included are missing from the game and we can only hope they add them eventually but when nobody knows so just sit tight and hope for the best.

I would find it extremely hard to believe that 343 wouldn't add that in. Doubles, Snipes, and Grifball are all going to be coming to stay in the next month or sooner. That has been confirmed. I would bet that the objective gametypes in BTB would be coming along soon as well.

I personally think they should separate objective and slayer for big team. Some people like slayer, some people like objective, but not necessarily both.

I don't think that I would get my hopes up for this. The way they designed the War Games menus it would be hard to do a variety of gametypes in one selection. Though I could be wrong. Either way, I'd love to see some BTB CTF...
