There are multiple patters out on the net that you can download and build. It is a lengthy process, but it looks amazing in the end.

Its made out of mdf wood, styrene plastic, pvc, and apoxy sculpt.

Oh, ever thought of moulding it? Just wondering, also how long does it take for an admin to activate your account in 405th.com?

normally not too long. If I am not mistaken it is a email verification? I can't remember, I signed up a long time ago.
