Is Halo 4 harder than other Halos'?

I played Halo 1, 2, 3 and reach on Heroic, I tryed 4 on normal and I could not continue through it, it was so hard! I had to play on easy and I died a lot. Does anyone find 4 the hardest Halo?

hmm i think halo 2 was the hardest to me. i beat legendary on halo 4 in under 4 hours.. Halo 2 was frustrating.

I'd say Halo CE was the most difficult, that's because of the low supply of weapons in game, your shields take FOREVER to recharge, as well as, your melee damage modifier is 75%. As well as probably everyones most hated mission The Library + Legendary = 27,421 deaths and 342 hours to complete it.

Halo CE is easy on legendary halo 3 reach and 4 too but halo 2 is the most hardest of all if don't believe play it. I beated halo 4 on legendary in few hours, but in halo 2 i taked to me almost one day to beat the first mision like someone up sayd it's frustrating.

Halo 4 is actually the easiest Halo for me after Halo 3. But yes, when I started playing it for the first time (on Heroic) I found it quite hard, too. Like fo rexample i kept dying many times in Dawn, but when I played it on Legendary for the second time i found it really easy. I guess it's just because you have to adjust to the new game design etc. when you start.

I died a few times at first, but once I got used to the new weapons and the broken promethean AI, it was a piece of cake.

It is more difficult than Reach, that is for sure. More enemies + better AI, and you have a no brainer. But it was no where near as difficult as Halo 2 Legendary.

Halo 4 is insanely easy on Legendary compared to Halo 2.

For me, all the Halo, also Halo 2, were very easy in Legendary. But not Halo Reach. This game was very difficult, mainly in the last mission, when I had to kill al the army of Brutes and the invincible Elites just after.

Halo 2 on Legendary was a snooze for me... didnt take much effort at all to me.

 

But this isnt about Halo 2 its about Halo 4. As for it being more difficult I wouldnt say it is. Its different, thats all.

Halo 4 on legendary was very hard at all. Was the easiest besides Reach. Halo 2 and 3 had the hardest legendary campaign.

Halo 2 co-op is the hardest halo campaign i have ever played, besides halo 3, reach, and 4 LASO.

I feel that 2 was pretty easy. I just cant seem to play anything but easy on 4, I dont think its the prometheans it may be, im not sure its just really challenging for me.

Note: I'm really good on multiplayer and spartan ops. I had a friend and we played spartan op on legendary we breezed through it.

Not really. H4 just takes patience. H2 was the hardest for me... specially anywhere there were sniper jackals...

The library was pretty hard. I do go at a slow pace on H4 and it is going terrible for me.

I felt that Halo 4 was too easy. It got repetitive, and it didn't have the same Legendary feel.

The AI tried to hard to use tactics instead of just rushing in like in previous Halo games. Plus with plasma grenades and plasma pistols being so easy to get any shielded target was pretty easy to take down. Plus power weapons are a lot more common than before.

So can you give me any tips on getting through this game on something harder than easy?

Not as hard, I'd say Halo 2 was the Hardest. (shudders) Brutes.
