Lack of Fotus

So, from what I understand, I was to receive Fotus Armour from my Halo 4 Console Disc. However, I don't have the Armour in my selection, I've tried everything. I'm really getting upset about this. I know it's a bit silly but I payed for it and I should have it. I have the SN of my console and the game case. What can be done to fix this?
