imagine this, you get a box full of legos, you grab different pieces and make different creations. now imagine the legos are used for halo's vehicles and weapons

 

imagine making a shotgun pistol rocket sniper or a br frag sniper or making a banshee scorpion warthog (a flying tank with room for 3)

 

the possiblites are endless and a lot of over powered rocket fuel rods incinerators or an automatic sniper

 

ever played mario kart 7, or some other game that involved customization and you have to either progress or collect certain items to get the next reward? in mario kart 7, you can customize your kart and collect coins to unlock new unlocks, the concept of unlocking new vehicle and weapon parts can be applied

 

now my question is, what do you think about this

Only in custom games, otherwise it would ruin the game

It almost seems like a separate Halo game, since it sounds a lot like Iron Brigade or something similar.

[Surveillance]

This wouldn't fit in a Halo Game. Customs Games would work, but in matchmaking it would be unfair.
