Trifle10
which sniper do you like the best the sniper rifle or the beam rifle? mine is beam rifle
EliteSniper
Beam Rifle is good for snapshots, but it's harder to aim and it doesn't do much damage to vehicles. So I go with the classic Sniper Rifle
Drizzy_Dan
In Halo 2: Beam Rifle. Halo 3: Tied. Halo: Reach: Sniper because the Focus Rifle was awful garbage. Halo 4: Sniper Rifle.
Composite Armour
Sniper Rifle. 4 Kills and anti-armour ability.

Yoshi1176
Sniper rifle, never really liked the other one. it felt like more of a challange with the sniper.
Real Talk
Sniper Rifle is my preffered sniper. Beam Rifle is good but I like to give myself more of a challenge. P.S. 500
Kiing 0f Coffe
The beam rifle's snapshot ease has saved me many team slayer matches so I'll take the beam rifle.
Chris Hansen
Beam rifle is awesome anti infantry, but the sniper rifle is also good anti infantry with Anti vehicle roles. I like both of them in halo 4. In halo 2 the beam rifle was insanity.
Victory Element
beam rifle is very effective on infantry. I wish i could use it in team snipers.... but the sniper rifle can damage vehicles much more..... it gotta be a tie for me
BaconShelf
Sniper. I'm decent with both but its Anti-Materiel capabilities boost it up a bit.
mrspartan40
The sniper rifle is better in my opinion. It just seems more smooth in its motions
BearClawsKiller
Well i always liked UNSC weapons so SNIPER RIFLE!
Sadly Just AL
Snipers to me are more for range, but the Beam Rifle is snapshot city for me.
TheReach2134
I like the beam rifle I find it too hard to aim with a sniperrifle. The beam rifle for me was easier for me to use and us nicely powered and a good 3 shot rapid fire before overheat. The Focus Rifle in Halo Reach was cool to use in multiplayer but was bad for camaign. This ones got to go to the Beam rifle.
тυcкєя
To be honest with you I do not considering any of those as my weapon to kill someone. But, I would have to chose the Beam Rifle. Because, I usually play on Haven and places that dont really have use with a Sniper Rifle. My main weapon Is DMR.
BaconShelf
Beam, sniper, binary. In that order I have changed
mx439
Sniper rifle if I'm going against vehicles. Beam rifle for everything else. The beam rifle is the only gun that noobs like me can get no scopes with.
FleshBack
Playing team Snipers with a Beam rifle is like playing SWAT while everyone else plays team Snipers.
Jon Chapman
If I'm in a situation where I need to put down more than two players fast, I prefer the beam rifle.
Harbinger
I have to say both. It really just depends on what I can get my hands on and if theres both theb I grab both.
AnimalDenWinter
I prefer the Cuvy's Beam Rifle. But for making lets say a Halo Machinima movie I would use the classic Sniper Rifle! Beam Rifles are brilliant for snap-shots though! It's still not hard to get them with SR.
AnimeAddict
Frankly i Prefer the Binary Rifle

Nightmarcher001
I would pick the beam rifle because if you know how to use your shots wisely it has the advantage of not needing to reload.......just overheating for those who love trigger fingering
