Sparks
I've been looking for an affordable capture card + program at a low price. I was thinking dazzle, but the quality gets bad reviews. I also don't know any programs at a price under or at $100 that will cooperate or work with a capture card. All I ask is for you guys to give me some ideas or program and capture card names if you have the time. Thanks!
skummgummigubbe
I use the ElGato game capture card it is fantastic, it is in the same price as the HD PVR V2 but ElGato have the function of playback record they are on a higher price than an Roxio but both of them have best quality and use HDMI dazzle is not recommended if you plan to make top quality videos cause people who watch want to se in better quality you can also GOOGLE game capture cards and you may find one you like and in a decent price (the ElGato have an record program that is downloadable PVR i think comes with one) and if you seek a video editing program then i don't know i still looking for a good one, i found trakAxPC it have a trial on 14 days i think.
Church
I recommend the HDPVR 2 Gaming edition....It has served me well!
MCPO Mayh3m
Everything stated above are great choices. If you are really trying to save money go with Roxio. If you don't know which one to pic, then go on Youtube and search the quality test for each of them. (be sure to swap the quality to the HD mode). Harbinger
I would also recommend the ElGato Capture Card my friend has one and has used it at my house. It seems really reliable, but it seems to also have trouble syncing audio from time to time. If your doing a walkthrough and your using the ElGato I would advise separating it into 15 minute parts that way it can sync up faster. DoctorB77
I use a Happauge and PowerDirector. Now I am pretty sure you could get a Happauge 2 for $160 at best buy and you can get Powerdirector for around 70 bucks. There are also more Power Director packages up to 200 dollars.
