SykoWolf
Even though the next generation of consoles are just around the corner, Microsoft continues to try and sell the current Gen Xbox to gamers around the world. This week, Microsoft have announced the Xbox 360 250GB Value Bundle at an attractive price, most likely in an attempt to make one more large profit off of the aging console. The Bundle contains the Xbox 360 250GB Console,a Wireless controller,Headset, a copy of Darksiders 2 and Batman Arkham City via Download as well as one month of Xbox live for Free all for a price of $299. This bundle will only be available for a limited time in select US retailers (and Amazon.com) this spring. Since this bundle does not contain the Kinect Sensor, it seems as if this bundle is meant to attract core gamers to but the aging console, if they haven't already. At the current time, there are no plans for a bundle including the kinect sensor, but more then likely we will see a few more deals made by Microsoft to sell as many of the Xbox 360 consoles as possible before the Next Generation of gaming platforms kicks into gear. Many will see this as a last ditch effort to make money, which in many cases is true. This does not mean the deal isn't good though, it's a bargain especially if you haven't come into much money, AKA College students. Microsoft is supposedly announcing details about the next generation Xbox this April. A great deal? Would you purchase this? Tommy
No need for this, I got the Halo 4 Xbox.
Stab Stab Stab
To be honest I was expecting the price to be 100$ cheaper. I don't think it's a great deal considering how old the console is. Soon enough they'll be found in yard-sales and flea markets everywhere alongside PS2's and the occasional Sega Dreamcast.
