Recruiting for the Unleashed clan.

Hello halo community me and a few freinds have started a clan just a few weeks ago and we are looking to build our members, at the moment we have around 70 - 80 members with 3 squads. these squads are

 

Red squad - A recruitment squad which bring in the new members and train them up to get into black squad.

 

Blue squad - A recruitment squad which bring in the new members and train them up to get into black squad.

 

Black squad - A squad of only the best members which have been filtered up through our 2 recruitment squads, they play the serious clan battles and help train the less skilled members (noobs)

 

Clan battles

We are always looking for clan battles, freindly to help train our less skilled members and serious for our more skilled members, our current clan battle record for serious matches is 9 wins 0 Losses, we have lost a few freindly clan battles but we do not count them as we never play our best players for them as it is a chance for the noobs to get some action and to get better at the game.

 

What we do

• We have training 5 times a week, we like to make training as varied and as interesting as possible by putting our own custom made maps and game types aimed to improve our members skill.
• We do fun custom games for our members to relax and have fun.
• We have intersquad battles between the 2 recruitment squads to create some freindly competition and make our less skilled members better at the game.
• We like to play matchmaking in teams.
• We host meetings to discuss recent events and to give our members a chance to ask questions, gain feedback from them and let them suggest new ideas for the clan.
• We host tournament nights to create some freindly competition, we do tournaments on our own custom made maps like The Unleashed gladiator arena and The Unleashed race course.

Ranking System

We have are own custom made ranking system, you can be promoted by doing the following...

• Attending training on a regular basis.
• Playing well in Clan battles (freindly and serious).
• Creating maps for the clan.
• Recruiting members.
• Coming top on tourament night.
• Suggesting good ideas.
• Doing well in training.

Requirments

• Must have a mature voice and attitude.
• Must have a fully functioning mic.
• Must speak good english.
• Must have some self discipline for e.g. in meetings we expect our members to stand still and listen to what we have to say.

At the moment we are only recruiting UK players as our whole clan is from the UK, we do have exceptions however. We do not care about skill level as the aim of our recruitment squads is to get you better at the game I would rather choose a noob with a good attitude than a pro with a bad attitude.

 

The clan has been going great the past 3 weeks, we have grown so much and we are constantly growing our members thanks to our great and loyal members if you are reading this then a big thanks to you
