TangentSpy Posted April 11, 2013 Report Share Posted April 11, 2013 (edited) Hello 343 Industries, I brought Halo 4 from EB games and it only worked for the first couple of days( after ejecting, cleaning several times) and now it doesn't work. I no longer have the receipt to the game so I cant take it back to the store. I tried installing the game and it failed at 45%. I cant see any scratches on the game at all. I just really want to play Halo 4 so please help me. It would be appreciated if you could reply to my email: Removed for privacy concerns. If you are certain it is the game and not the XBOX 360 you use, try contacting XBOX Live Support for assistance. The simple fact is that sometimes a product does fail and the only recourse is a receipt. If you have an account at EB games or used a credit card for the purchase, this would provide the proper 'paper trail' needed for proof of purchase.
