There's a lot of things wrong with Halo 4. Lets just start with this one. I loathe how badly the teams are set up on match making. Take Infinity Slayer for example, four on four, one team consists of a couple of tens a twenty and a forty eight, while the other team has a one hundred twenty a one hundred twenty eight and two one hundred and thirties. Now tell me which team is going to win and which team is going to get bent over a table.

I just want a system where your rank is matched with others of an equal rank or really close to your rank. At least that way each team stands a chance of winning. Like there has to be and fifty-fifty chance of someone winning, not a complete loss of hope and you start crying after you see your team with ranks close to yours and the other team having all one hundred and thirties. 


So bottom line is that there NEEDS to be a system of ranking to put you against people of equal ranks so you each stand a chance of winning.

yes but now 343 has put trueskill in they are most likely players of you're skill don't believe me well one time in halo 4 I  was on a team with all of them below 50 and I was a sr 61 but we won anyway so just because there 130 dosent mean they are the best

I think that the new CSR system has been screwing up the skill level of most people's opponents. It takes many games to actually get a high CSR rating, even if you are spectacular at a gametype but have only played a few games there. I don't have a whole lot of time to play halo, but when I do, I generally play well and I am matched with very skilled players. Since the CSR system has been released, I am in lobbies with with guys who have negative KDs and are below SR 50. It seems way too easy, and it takes away opportunities for me to challenge myself and become a better player

most max level people ussualy boosted with guest Most of the ones i'd play aganist would go 3 and 15 vs us and when we looked them up have all there pistol kills mastered and regicide most played.

I FLOWER about this everyday. If a guy has 20k kills and our WHOLE team in btb combined don't have that many kills we probably shouldn't be playing that guy. He should prob be matched up against other people his lvl. I should never go into a battle not having everything unlocked playing against a guy that already has every unlock. Its just another fail on 343i. They really FLOWERED this game up! By far worst fps shooter I have ever played! I play with my friends only because they don't like cod.. I catch myself putting down my controller just letting the other team kill me while I check my messages or type on the laptop. Not sure how we went from halo 3 to this cod remake. But the numbers show they failed. 343 knows it! And they lost a lot of halo fans with this game. I will never pay for a game made by 343i! They are FLOWER BUDDIES. Wont fix a damn thing on the game but they sure will put out new maps. Don't make much sense huh? Oh, wait. Yes it does. Fixing something that is broke and they KNOW is broke cost money. New maps bring in money   Then you cant even play the new maps in the only playlist that has people btb.. Did I say "FLOWER BUDDIES"? And I would go on about how cheap invis is but I have stuff to do today so ill leave that for another day.

SR just tells you...

• how long a player has been playing for
• whether or not they redeemed Mountain Dew Double XP
• if they done a lot of challenges/commendations

you can still be under SR 50 and whoop the other team

 

back when i was SR 105 (about last week), i was playing against a team that was under 100 like 68, 42, 70, ... in dominion. i thought "this is going to be an easy win since we had SR advantage being 100-130. i was wrong. the other team whooped us

 

the lesson there is never underestimate your opponents just because they appear stronger or weaker. the outcome is what matters.

Do research bro. The CSR is up and the competitive ones based on wins/loses are the playlists you want to play (doubles,Throwdown,dominion).

I'm not sure if true skill exists in Multi Team, because every time I hop on that playlist I'm stuck with an SR 40 or below who has NO idea how to play the game, running at people across the map with an AR, trying to shoot at me when I'm playing the objective, or just driving around the ghost in KOTH with no intention of helping me. I can understand not everybody takes the game as serious as I do but why would you play Halo 4 if you have no intention of playing the game mode properly, especially in a playlist like Multi Team where teamwork is everything. Also why would you keep playing if you w/l is 26 wins to 300 losses or your deaths outweigh your kills by over 3000, This one particularly puzzles me since I've met no one who enjoys losing every game, getting yelled at by their teammates, and just going so negative that your helping the enemy team more than your own, aside from master trolls.

Yeah betrayal trolls are one of the worst things on Halo, and I hear where your coming from with players that keep going. There is always a need for new players but some are just ridiculous. Sure this guy goes 3-26 in KOTH but you help my team win, no problem , but then this other guy goes 3-26 but also don't even attempt to control the hill. Since I was a noob at one time, I can understand that some people arent efficient at gunfights, but there is no reason for anybody to totally ignore the large icons that say Flag, Dominion B, Hill etc if you specifically choose that mode to play without killwh*ring in mind(meaning the ignoring of OBJs) or to shoot at the rest of the team that are the same color as the player in question that don't even act hostile, so there is no room for confusion.
