El Silverado
If you mean the Forerunner saga idk as I have never read but there are atleast six rings still existing. The only one destroyed was Installation 4 and its replacement ( the ring on the Ark).
Vore
As far as I know there were 12 rings originally constructed. I heard this along time ago from a book called Cryptum (I think it was called that.), but I have never personally read the book so some one else should elaborate. So I was wrong and there were 12 rings. I'll have to read that book.

You are correct, Vore. =3 There were 12 installations in the original array. And the book is indeed "Cryptum". I wonder what happened to the 5 missing originals, and why they weren't replaced. O.o Maybe there's something I'm forgetting… Were they hijacked by the Master Builder, or Mendicant Bias? Arg! I'll have to re-read it. Thedidact
"SPOILER" There where 12 originally built but I believe 4 where destroyed by forerunners defending the forerunner capitol. 7 where transported to the ark then sent through out the galexy. but the one which the timeless one abides on I do not know but we will find out in the next book halo: primordium.
