How do you make a smooth racing map?

the first one i attempted (long since scraped), i tried making banks and turns that werent 90 or 45 degrees. whenever i made them the pieces would be slightly imbalanced meaning the left side of the block from the current one may be a little higher while the right side of the block goes under like a jump

i can try making a new one and can try getting a pic up next week

 

Edit: there's no one whos tried making smooth race tracks?
