I've seen an occassional KOTH, but where'd Juggernaut go?

As I mentioned in another thread, I am a Halo veteran who's been around since the first one, I just skipped Reach, been on Halo 4 for about a month.

 

I have noticed there are fewer options in the playlist choices now for matchmaking.  If I recall there were more options during Halo 2 and 3, I could be wrong since It's been a few years.  But the biggest thing I noticed was that there is no Juggernaut at all.  I'm not even sure that it is in the custom game options either.  During the older Halos, Juggernaut was my all time favorite gametype.  Someone mentioned regicide being similar, but it's really nothing like it.  Why was Juggernaut done away with?  And why is it not easier to find a King of the Hill match?
