Furthermore, it seems he is trying to tell 343i that because the player population dwindled due to Halo 4 coming out amongst other things, that they would like to see future updates to the game to benefit the latin community. Here is a rough to the letter translation... DID NOT FIND ANOTHER MEDIUM TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU, THE REASON WHY YOU WRITE IS TO ASK THEM TO NOT LEAVE BOTH HALO REACH... ARE YOU 343 INDUSTRIES BEGAN ALREADY WITH 4 HALO... AN EXCELLENT GAME, BUT WE HAVE MANY PLAYERS OF HALO REACH... NOT THE LEAVE, THIS IS WHY I WOULD LIKE TO ASK ON BEHALF OF MANY PEOPLE OF MEXICO AND LATIN AMERICA TO MAKE UPDATES TO THE GAME, MATCHMAKING MAPS, PUT LOGOS FOR THE GAMERTAG OF 343 INDUSTRIES OR SOMETHING MEMORIAL OF HIS COMPANY, RETURN TO TAKE THE FLAMES BLUE FOR THE SPARTANS, ETC... I also belive that 343i should be releasing more frequent matchmaking updates, and maybe one last Title update (TU) to Halo Reach. I just checked BS ANGEL (aka jessica's) forum post history on Halowaypoint, and saw that she replied to someone who asked her in the Reach forum, when they (343) would consolidate Reach. She said that it is something on their to do list, and that they eventually will. I can try to find the link if anyone is interested...
