Sorry, but the correct answer was B.O.B.s. After all, you never specified that they were the gold Rangers, and even then, B.O.B.s can be abnormally white Elites with any armor configuration. (though if they spawn with Ultra armor then they're hard to spot unless you already know where they are, which I do.)
