i only read the weapons part because I'm lazy and i read so many long threads like this but i like most of the weapon ideas. i never really liked the focus rifle much i want the  needle rifle back and the covenant sniper from halo 2 and 3 (i forgot the name) and i like most ideas but i don't think the particle cannon is a good idea. i like it and all but the problem is that too many people would use it too much to be nooby. i like the guardian turret, that sounds interesting. there are a few other weapons i don't like the idea of but those are what i really wanted to say. also i do like all of the ideas but a few seem to OP for noobs

I agree on some of these being OP, like the Particle Cannon and Dark Launcher, but I just thought that with all of the human and covenant power weapons  (spartan laser, rocket launcher, fuel rod, plasma launcher) the Prometheans should have at least two heavy weapons to balance everything out. You should also read the entire thread, because it talks about new grenades and new armor abilities that I think you would find cool.

I think I would be cool to have an EMP launcher or a graphics hook to for a short time make enemy's stay in a small area and pull flying aircraft down lower if hit making the Easier to skyjack them and the EMP launcher would have a short lock on range and will have a longer EMP time than the plasma pistol

Also a blow back grenade would be neat so you would be cornered and you could thro one and the would be launched back and it would detonate on impact and you can also launch yourself up or in any direction

 

Great armor ability would be a drop shield like thing that will launch enemy bullets or vehicle back away to provide a cover and Plus I would be an advantage to have a bunch of teammates making a mini have base for safety and it would will last a short time like 5 seconds
