Campaign Broken

My brother got a new Halo 4 game, still in the wrapper, brand new. When we launched the campaign, in co-op, it would send us back to the title screen. When he when in solo, it worked perfectly. Matchmaking also worked perfect for both controllers on. So I dunno what to do to fix this. We've already had halo 4 replaced for different reasons each time, and this disk is the best is the best result we've received, though I'd still like to know of a way to play co-op. Thanks!

Also, on solo campaign, when you finish a mission it takes you back to title screen and you receive no achievement for the mission.

I've never had this problem. Split-screen on the campaign always work for me.

Is it possible for you to try and use the disc on any other console? If you've had problems with multiple discs and they're all either new or in a very good condition, it's probable that the issues might actually be being caused by your system, rather than the discs. If it doesn't work on any other consoles, then it's just the disc that's faulty and your best option is probably to just try and get it replaced again.

I have never had this happen to me. Whenever I play split screen with my brother it works fine. Maybe it's the game or console. Other than that I have no clue, sorry bro.

Similar thing happened with forge for me. Turn it off and on again, worked for us.

Its probably the Xbox.....try to use your disc on another Xbox 360.

Try clearing your system cache. It may work.

Try installing the game and deleting it. That works sometimes.
