Jason Mitchell
I am not what would be called, 'a hard core gamer', I dont play games online and never will, I have no interest in Kinetic, I dont download addons and maps and usually, it takes me several weeks from the purchase of a new game till when I actually play it, Im even very specific about the types of games I play..FPS only. So from my perspective and without the emotion I think what I have to say is relevant. I love HALO, I find great satisfaction in playing it, I get immersed in the stories and characters and personaly, considering what 343 was up against I think they did a good job with HALO 4. I can only hope that as a company that is first and foremost a business they have the good common sense to release HALOs 5 and 6 not only on XBox1 but also on the 360 as well because if they dont, my love of HALO will end with the current game and I believe that will be the same for many, many others. If they wish to make money, its the only sensible thing to do. Like many around the world I have no intentions of buying the XBox1 and its not because of the game restrictions or the price...its simple preference and privacy. Nothing that the new console does interests me other than its ability to play games and watch Blurays. The once every 24 hours registration online is a major killer for me, amongst other things. Its nobodys business but mine that I own an xbox, I want to go to the store, buy the game, put it in the machine and play it...end of story and I dont want to have to connect to the internet to do it. I challenge 343 to be smart and release it on both platforms but from what Ive seen so far and considering they are essentially microsoft in a different guise, i remain less than hopeful
darkwolf
I think that decision mainly lies with microsoft rather than 343, if they want Halo 5 to be only on Xbox one, that's happening.
Vangelis
We will most likely still get 360 games for about two years. After the holiday season next year we will start to see a big decline in 360 games and then by the next after that there won't be any. We probably will not see Halo 5 on the 360 but we might. We most certainly will not see Halo 6 (if there even will be one) on the 360. After a while it just won't be economically sound to produce 360 games. In a few years it will be considered obsolete technology. On a completely different note I think you should try to expand your horizons and play some games that are not first person shooters.
