vapera29
A playlist that has 32 people in a game,16 v 16 would be very enjoyable for many people who like epic battles. Before the problem was the xbox 360 was underpowered to say the least and the servers wouldn't handle it. But now the Xbox one has a lot more power and the xbox one servers are going to improved, the possibility for 32 players seems to be a lot more feasible now. It was crudely done on battlefield 3 and I don't see why it couldn't be done as a separate playlist. It doesn't have to be on the scale of battlefield, but it would be very fun and I bet a lot of people would play. Its time to utilise the power of the xbox one and the new technology that is brought with it, such as the searching for another game whilst in a game to remove the argument "it would take ages to find a game". Can it be done? I also forgot to mention, halo 5 has confirmed dedicated servers. If not 16v16, why not ATLEAST 12v12?
Sikslik7
Well first things first, having 16 v 16 on Halo has been possible since Halo 3, but without dedicated servers, it would have a lot of problems, as large maps would be needed, and their would be frame rate issues. Could 12 v12 have been done? Yes, but a lot of effort would have needed to go into making it happen. I would be interested in seeing at least a 12v12 capability (or 24 player matches) in Halo 5. It would easily be done, and maps with a little extra space to allow for this wouldn't really hurt it if it plays similar to Halo 4. I hadn't heard about dedicated servers for Halo 5, so I would be very happy to see that come true.
BeckoningZebra1
I think it's more likely to see 12v12 rather than 16v16, but I'm optimistic for anything that has more than 16 players (total; 8v8)
