Seeker of Truth
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qSTpClAybI I'm sure a few of us if not all of us have seen Halo 5's announcement trailer. Basically it shows John walking through a desert, wearing clothing for some reason (I suppose the blowing sand might not be too good for the suit, but wouldn't the shields just protect it? Oh, forget it, not important.), and encountering a sort of Forerunner device. They put some emphasis on Cortana's empty data chip, so it looks like she won't be returning, but who knows? Also, the Forerunner construct featured looks Promethean, but, again, who knows? No indication of what characters, locations or species will be featured. However, the trailer does seem to indicate that the Forerunners will play a major role in Halo 5. I hope that includes the Didact, either in his Bornstellar form or his original form. Personally I hope very much that the gameplay isn't too much like what's featured in the trailer. If I wanted to arbitrarily wander around the desert by myself, I'd go visit the Mojave, not sit down in front of my Xbox ( ). They did say that Halo 5 would be the darkest game in the new trilogy, but if it plays in the same sort of way as shown in the trailer then it'll just feel awkward and random. I don't like awkward and random. That being said, it probably won't be exactly like that. Halo 4's announcement trailer featuring the level Dawn was very different from the final level, so I'm still hopeful the game will run smoothly. BaconShelf
The theory (simplified) is that the bird is Mendicant Bias and he was imprisonec on the Ark(terrain) to be woke again with knowledge of the Flood if it was needed(Halo 2 OST songs reversed have messages) One line I remember is "Seeking forgiveness for my crimes against god and man" or something like that, showing a possible Bias alliance with humanity against the Didact(Whom he betrayed) In shirt (if true) Flood+Didact is back, the Ark isn't fully destroyed and master chief is a Jedi.
