Should I really get back into Halo?

Should I really get back into Halo? It may seem like dumb question for people who are still playing Halo, but once I played Marathon, I never took a step back. And Marathon has a completely different field of perspective (the Extra-vision power-up would be awesome in Halo) and going into Halo, not as familiar with the controls and really zoomed in with the view would scare me a lot. That is only one of the reasons I can't get back to the controllers; PC's are addicting, no matter what angle of view you see it from. Here I am, wondering if you guys could help me get back into Halo, while really, I just want to see that damn Tokyo SOS movie and hop in the Shout-box . The number one reason why I don't want to get back into Halo... BECAUSE FORGE IS TEN TIMES BETTER IN MARATHON THAN IT IS IN HALO!!!

If you still have a Xbox 360 and are already a Gold Member, Then yes. Get back into Halo. Feet first. Thats an order solider.

Remember if you are a gold subscriber you will get an care package containing both Assassins Creed 2, and Halo 3 for Free, as a gift from Microsoft on or around June 3rd.

ok I am sure that after maybe a few matches or minutes or so you will get used to the controllers again they are pretty simple and then if so sure why not did you know halo 3 is going free to play no gold membership required what a great way to start

Again, Forge is more creative and less limiting in Marathon, but the game play is different and most maps are semi Indoors.

Visit halocustoms.com

Find a custom game there, possibly run by a good host

Play.

The thing is, if you find something fun, play it, but if you dont, thats too bad. We can't force you to have fun; it would only make it worse. However, we can definitely recommend you things WE find fun, and what we find fun is customs. Playing with friends. Not randoms, not people with no mics you will never meet in life, ever, but people you can, through here and other places, talk with each other for just about as long as possible.

So in the end, its quite simple. Will you take the choice?

(I suggest the playdates. The Halo 4 one is on saturday, I believe.)
