yep. the question is as simple as that. How the heck do they eat?? They have split bottom jaws, so you would think that the food would fall from the gap in middle of their mouth

My guess is that they put their bottom mandibles together to form a rough jaw structure similar to our mouths.

 

Or they basically just bite out of the food rather than picking it up.
