Frankenzer
I decided to relive this thread from the old halo wars forum that I visit to get strats so....... 1) you try to warthog rush but you forgot to upgrade to chaingun 2) you decide to use AI strategies against real players 3) You decide to elephant rush so you send 2 elephants at a base early thinking they are uber units 4) You can't figure out how to "train" pelicans Any more ideas? D-38 Boss
You insist on using Vultures, but you don't support them with Anti-air units.
BaconShelf
You rush. End of. You use the Cryo Bomb to destroy units, not disable them temporarily. You train your ODST's via dropping them in and do not have any to drop into an actual battle You use all 40 population on ODST, forgetting to save 10 for surrounding trhe enemy You think unit strengths and weaknesses are the same as the FPS, and make an army if Guass Hogs and Spartans in the hope of taking down Scarabs. Use one MAC blast when you have four shots Mac/Carpet a friendly base because they got it before you... Quit in the first ten seconds because your strategy only works against a specific set of leaders and they are not those leaders Ate a Geberal rank and suck very badly Quit because someone else quitter All these have happened in games I have been in
Frankenzer
-You decide to use a combined group of Spartans and ODSTs to take on 2 scarabs. Thinking, if it works on halo 3 why not here? -You accidentally blow up your base instead of locking it up. -You build a leader temple to make a brute chieftain and use the remaining resources to build brutes and then you rush without a back up plan. (Believe me I've seen this) -You use the cleansing beam on your own units thinking it will heal them. -Put Spartans on elephants. (I mean who the heck would waste Spartans and put them on the side lines?) -You blow up your teammate's base because you want it for yourself.(using leader powers) -You fall for a locust rush -You fail to win against the easy AI -You build an army of cyclopes because they are unique units.
