I<3Grunts
So theres three modes: Halo Wararena (H2), Halo Specials, and Halo Monstrosity. Halo Warena is the classic H2 multiplayer 8-16 players, classic gametypes, and starter armor. No loadouts, Ordanence, Armor Abilitys, Sprint, ETC Halo Specials is like reach and 4 multiplayer 8-16 players, gametypes like invasion, zombie, extraction, dominion. Loadouts, Ordanence, and all the other happy horsecrap Halo Monstrosity is like halo custom edition, and Space maps. 32 -64 players. Larger vehicles available like Pelican, Phantom, Longsword and Seraphs. Invasion Evolved Grunts, Jackals, Skirmishers, Elites, Hunters, Drones, Marines, ODST, Spartans, Flamethrowers, and Jetpack marines. Ranks go up as you get kills. Flood more like Left 4 dead and as invasion you rank up to evolve through stages and once in a while you could be a pure form. Space battles Maps were you use seraphs, Lonswords, Broadswords, Banshee fighters and you can walk through ships if you dock your vessel and get it repaired. Scarab/Mammoth Assault Basically your team vs a team with a scarab or mammoth and you have to air-raid it or assault it yourself Mega Team Battle Battlefield sized maps were you get everything from mongooses and ghosts to a longsword and a Seraph. what do you think
TyranicSlayer
I like the idea of a idea of halo wararena. The space battles you mentioned seemed very practical and I think could work really well unlike some well extremely creative posts. However, mega team battle would be epic, it would have a lot of lag. But who knows, maybe 343 can amaze us and figure it out with the xbox one. Well here's my idea: I was thinking of a new Gametype that could evolve halo while staying to the core game play. The gametype would feature two teams of twenty or (whatever possible).Plasma pistols and plasma grenades would be disabled in loadouts. Music from the original soundtrack would play in background and change volumes when in fights. You can customize your spartan voice like in reach firefight but with around 50 different voices. Game play will be very team based. Maps will be fairly large but have areas for close range players. The maps should feature interactive items like trees that can be knocked down, small building collapsed and crumbling cliffs. Most of the game play will be vehicular. Each team with a variety of vehicles. It would be cool if each team had a transport pelican who is well armored but turrets have to be manned. The pelican would be used as a spawn point and teammates would spawn in the back of the dropships to be dropped off by the pilot. The pelican can be shot down by tanks or even a well placed suicide banshee. However passengers don't always die and can time their jump as the pelican falls with cool animations if the pilot steadies the landing. This would look extremely cool and more realistic. Imagine flying a pelican full of teammates when your right wing catches on fire and you go spiraling into the ground knocking trees over and spraying debris in the air. Your spartan is yelling we're going down! over the Soundtrack. The dust around the pelican settles and you emerge from the rubble helmet cracked, and shields down to find yourself surrounded by enemies searching the wreckage. Each team would also have an elephant for a base as well as a bomb that can be used to destroy the other elephant if boarded. Please leave your thoughts and ideas below but please don't think of this as copying other games because this is not. If 343 were to do this I think everyone would have a reason to play halo, just as everyone played halo 3.
GlobalHawk722
Did BF3 have a lot of lag? I think not! IMO halo 5 should be nothing but large scale combat with a few 4v4 playlists.
TyranicSlayer
343 can succeed in making a great, large multiplayer play list. The question is, will they?

However, I don't see it happening.
