Species: Sangheili
Faction: Talons of Sanghelios
Physical appearance: Councilor Armor, Blue eyes
Personality: Commanding, Open-minded, mentally unstoppable.
Height: 8 feet tall
Preferred weapon and vehicle(if any): Energy Sword and Carbine
Backstory:
Roh was born into the military. He spent countless hours training even at two years old. Many hardships existed, as other Sangheili were competing to make it out of the academy. He was the first one however, because of his prowess in combat. One day, when he was Field Master years later, he was brought to the High Council. They asked Roh to tell them his views on the politics of the Sangheili and he proposed and idea that would strengthen their armies and increase influence among the galaxy, and years later he finally became a well-spoken and well-respected Sangheili leader and Councilor.
Other information: He is part of the High Council.

Basically the same description as last time.

 

Main Weaponry:

 

 

M4A6 - Chambered for 5.56 Super-Heated, Caseless FMJ's (Rounds leave no casings, thus, no evidence of HPCB's involvement.)

 

On more important missions, they can be loaded with .50AE "Kill-Burst" Rounds (High caliber, Delayed explosive rounds. Extremely expensive.)

 

Testing out of 10,000 rounds, the M4A6 jammed only 3 times, making one of the most reliable Conventional firearms available to Non-UNSC Armed forces. HPCB deploys them in mass, and they are available in any number of set ups.

 

All variants are suppressed by default, making it the perfect tool for the Bureau's "Small Foot-print" Tactics.

 

Certain versions can fit C-mags, giving the wielder 100 rounds in a single magazine, Making them perfect for a support gunner role.

 

Plager Katsumate Series-D

 

Although this particular weapon has been out of production for several decades, this High caliber, Laser charged revolver has been adopted by HPCB for standard issuing to all personnel.

 

With a Six round Chamber, ammo can be an issue, but this has had the unintentional side effect of boosting the marksmanship of all HPCB Soldiers, as they spend extra time practicing to make every shot count.

 

Armor:

 

HPCB Troops are encouraged to purchase their own armor, Making each soldier's set up unique. The only universal item issued to the troops is the Virtual Assault Linked Interface System, or V.A.L.I.S. (Think Cross-com system from Ghost Recon Future Soldier)

Appearance: His brown hair is starting to thin, a side-effect of wearing a flight helmet too often. he keeps his face clean shaven, and is rarely seen out of his flight suit

Background: Jozef is one of the "Big Five". the major founders of the Bureau However, he is one of two who did not take a command position. Jozef's rank is little more than a title, as he prefers to do the work of enlisted men, going on Basic Sorties and combat missions. He is an extremely talented pilot, and knows just how far you can push a fighter before it pushes back.
