So, I had an idea, where Skulls would be set in three different categories, Bronze, Silver, and Gold, Gold skulls affect the game difficulty wise, and are easier to find, Silver skulls affect the game fun and re playability wise, and are the hardest to find, and Bronze, mixes in both, putting them in the middle.

So each skull would be found in a different place, Campaign, Forge, Spartan Ops, to add to the replay ability, here they are below, and the requirements to get to them.

Gold Skulls-

Iron Skull-

How to find it- on the first mission, kill only the Elites on the level, and leave the other enemies behind, to find a Skull at the end of the mission.

Barred Skull-

What it does- A New Skull, reduces the likelihood of good Ordnance by over 50%

How to find it- In Matchmaking, score five kills in a row with the Spartan Laser, then the ammo count should say infinite, fire on the ground next to you, and a skull will fly out, and it will say your laser is out of ammo.

Scarab Skull-

What it does- A New Skull, arms even minors with fuel rods, making your life a LOT harder

How to find it- On the map Forge World, travel under the waterfall and lodge an object in there, keep pulling it in and out of the wall behind the waterfall until the skull is picked up on the object.

Fog Skull-

How to find it- on Spartan Ops' first mission, ignore the objective to activate the first console and run back to the start, a Warrior elite with a Plasma Pistol should be waiting, he will not attack the player, but instead throw a skull at the player like in Grifball, if the player catches it, the Skull is his, and the Elite disappears.

Catch Skull-

How to find it- On the second campaign mission, explore the base until you find a locked covenant door with the numbers 343 on it, when walking near it, it will say "Press X to drive Scarab." if you click X, a Special shotgun will come out, with only one bullet, this shotgun glows blue when in the player's hands, aim for the lock on the special door, and once the lock turns black from the bullet, you will be able to phase through the door, inside the room, is a Grunt minor, holding a flag in his hand, if you kill him with a headshot from your secondary weapon, he will toss a plasma grenade at you, dodge this, and when you walk over to the grunt, it will give you the option to pick up the skull.

Mythic Skull-

How to find it- In Forge, place two ghosts next to each other, and leave a space inbetween them, you must be on the Pit, when on the wheel, it will give the player an option to press X, if you do, a landmine will appear between the space, and, if done correctly, blow up the two ghosts and leave a Skull where the mine was, just pick up the skull.

Sinister Skull-

What it does- A new Skull, Sinister packs Covenant with Forerunner or Human tech, and a damage boost.

How to find it- When playing Spartan Ops, have one player in full Blue MK. VI armor, the other in full Red MK. VI armor, if the Red player betrays the blue player, the announcer will give the player a Snapshot medal, and the enemies will disappear, dropping a skull in a random spot in the area, the player must fish it out, and pick it up.

Silver Skulls-

Grunt Birthday Party Skull-

How to find it- When playing campaign, on mission three, the player must wield a plasma pistol from the dead grunt the whole way, and when the banshees are attacking, the player cannot fire a shot or toss a grenade at them, at the end of the level, when you get into the ghost, a skull will pop out of the hood.

Confusion Skull-

What it does- A New Skull, when playing with it active, some enemies will appear different colors, like a white general, or green promethean, even rainbow!

How to find it- When playing Forge, you must play on Valhalla, and travel to the top of the coastline tower, you must crouch-jump into a tiny gap, and a console should be there, a player on the other side must also click the console at the same time as you, and the towers will stop firing, instead, an orange spartan, in warrior armor, will be carrying a skull, he will also have overshields, you must kill him before he reaches either base, and he will drop the skull, he will not retaliate though.

Counterpart Skull-

What it does- Enemies now have the dialogue of other allies, even the UNSC marines, such as a grunt reciting a line coined by sergeant johnson in his voice.

How to find it- When playing the fourth campaign mission, one prisoner, out of the four terrorists, will have a plasma grenade hidden under their chair, as soon as you find it, two zealots will uncloak in the room, with needlers, attacking you, kill them and the terrorist will suddenly die, and you will earn a headshot medal, he will drop a binary rifle, with instead of a normal ammo count, a square, fire the gun, and the gun drops, as a skull, pick it up.

Bronze Skulls-

Plasma Skull-

What it does- A new skull, makes all shots fired from any vehicle or weapon, turn rainbow in color, but also increases their shield disruption when they hit you.

How to find it- When playing Spartan Ops, on the final mission of episode 1, take the left route and grenade jump from the cliff to the hanging pipe, there, should be a dead grunt body, and a trail of blood, follow the blood, and you will be met with a wall, if you crouch near it, it will give you the option to press X and a warthog will appear behind you, except without a turret, and a single marine in it, this marine is holding a plasma pistol, destroy the warthog with him in it, and the skull should fly out from the wall.

Revenge Skull-

What it does- A new skull, when killing an enemy, if you teabag them, they will explode in a hexagon pattern.

How to find it- When playing Forge, on Standoff, if you zoom in on the left satellite dish, a red dot can be seen beeping, fire on it, and the ground will start to shake, as you teleport into a small, black room, with a picture on the wall of a smiling Frank O'Connor, and below him, a crawler, it will not attack you, instead, it will fire on the Frank O'Connor picture with what looks like a Beam Rifle shot, eventually, a skull will pop out of O'Connor's picture from the head, and the crawler will start doing what looks like a teabag, just pick up the skull and the game will end.

Copycat Skull-

What it does- A new skull, when an enemy kills you, you will respawn, but the same enemy that killed you before will either upgrade or downgrade, a warrior elite could transform into a tiny grunt, or it could be the opposite.

How to find it- When playing Campaign, on the fifth mission, when you reach the second checkpoint, go back to the start to find a grav-lift and a crate, get the crate to launch, and a skull should pop up at your current checkpoint.

Shakespear Skull-

What it does- A new skull, Elites, Jackals, and Grunts will commonly recite lines from shakespear in a fine english accent, although, this strengthens those around them by 1% each time they do it.

How to find it- Kill yourself by jumping in Forge World's waters by the island, and it should spawn in the coliseum.

I think I have a good idea for a skull.

It would either be called "Locust" or "Swarm", and it would work like this: Huge Swarms of Drones will pop up more occasionally then before. Unlike how Drones would be scripted to pop up, this skull would enable random Swarms of Drones to attack the player at any appropriate time in the game.

Now I'm working on how the Drones would work in combat. I think that some of the Drones would attack the Player with weaponry like usual, but some of them are released as "Unique" Drones. In previous Halo games there was just 1 type of Drone in the entire Swarm. I think there were different colors, but they were all pretty much the same, just with different weapons. Now I propose that different "Ranks" of Drone be included in the Swarm. Just like the Brute Pack in Halo 3, with Minors, Majors, and Chieftans. Though the Ranks in the Swarm would be different combat wise.

Here it is:

1. Drone Minor - Normal Drone, and main force of the Swarm.

2. Drone Jockey - Slightly lower-armored Drone that latches onto the backs of Elites (and possibly Brutes and smaller species) and fires at the Player with the safety of the Elites armor and body in front of it.

3. Drone Jockey Major. - Has the same amount of body armor, but Latches onto the backs of Hunters, and Enemy vehicles whenever possible. Maybe in groups of 2 or 3. Acts the same as Jockey Minors. The Majors would be colored differently or emit a different noise.

4. Drone Dragoon - lower-armored Drone, maybe being lower armored then Minors and Jockeys, that sits on Precarious far away locations, and attacks the Player with Carbines. Looks like a Minor with less body armor, and different coloring.

5. Drone Heavy - Drone with High-level-armor compared to Minors. Medium chance of Spawning. Is slightly bigger then regular Drones. Has long chain chords attached to it. Will attack the player with Concussion Rifles, and Storm Rifles. Will have normal flight patterns like regular Drones.

6. Thunder Drone - If the Drone Minor was a regular House Fly, then the Thunder Drone is the "Horse Fly" of the Drones. Extremely fast and agile. Will fly all over the place. The Thunder Drone is HUGE compared to regular Drones. At least half the size of Hunters. Coloration is random. It's eyes are Blood Red, and it emits a loud droning noise when it flies.

Will attack the Player with it's claws in Melee attacks. It will also pick up the Player and fly around before dropping throwing them back to the ground. The Player can try to melee the Thunder Drone while flying to make it drop them. Has a low chance of engaging the Player in a Quick-time event where it tries to kill the Player with it's blade teeth. Press a bunch of buttons or something and lower it's health or it will quickly leech you're shield and kill you.

There's a 25% chance the Thunder Drone will spawn with weapons, either duel Storm Rifles or duel Plasma Pistols.

7. Finally the "Drunkert" Drone. - Has a veeery low chance of spawning but acts like regular Minors. Spawns with random hilarious attire, like Clown costumes, and Party Hats. When killed the Drone explodes.
