So people who got it kind of late can get Fotus, Locus, or Dead Eye armor There is still a possibility that they'll release these bonuses later on, with all the possible DLCs they'll be releasing in the future. Though usually with Pre-Order bonuses they usually don't re-release them. But we'll just have to wait and see what 343 decides to do.
