Frankenzer Posted August 18, 2013 Author Report Share Posted August 18, 2013 A Marine's Dream Private Duncan always wanted to see the and fight alongside a Spartan and when he heard he was being sent to a factory to assist the Chief he was so happy. As soon as he heard his commanding officer's command to get off the Pelican he happily got out and all of them went into the factory. After fighting past multiple brutes, he watched as the UNSC's attack on a weird looking Covenant ship failed. His breath was taken as a portal appeared. Then just a few distance something crashed. He then heard his commanding officer's order to engage. What he fought wasn't Covenant however, they were bulb like creatures and rotting and deformed Elites and humans. He felt scared as his squad mates died one by one as the bulbous creatures jumped. He had faith that the chief would come to save him. He would be satisfied even if he only saw the chief in action. He knew it was too late as one of the creatures jumped. He felt something pierce him. He struggled to remain conscious as it took his memory. He held on. He could forget everything but the chief. He had nothing anyway, no parents, no family, nothing. He felt happy as he saw the chief along with some elites, one wearing some sort of elite armour he had never seen before. Frankenzer Posted August 20, 2013 Author Report Share Posted August 20, 2013 A True Warrior A Sangheili Zealot waited in anticipation to stop the demon from getting out of the cartographer alive. He had chosen an energy sword to take him down. He waited for a long time waiting to challenge the demon alone. A lot of his kind trusted him to take him down and he will. He had already drawn his sword and he cannot put it back unless he had filled its thirst for blood. This was the Sangheili way of thinking, he knows he is a true warrior. He heard the screams of his fellow covenant and this made him hold his sword tighter. Then finally the demon came out. He rushed and sliced but the demon went backwards then it fired at him, knocking his shields out. He tried to throw a grenade but the demon smashed his weapon at him. Then suddenly he knew he was about to die but he then realized that before dying he was facing a true warrior and this made him happy.
