To Get A Game Of The Year Edition

if it releases 100 dollars worth of DLC free with a 

Game Of The Year Edition

 

 

The GOTY Edition allegedly includes all of the game's released DLC to date, including:

1. Creature Slaughter Dome
2. Psycho Pack
3. Captain Scarlet’s And Her Pirate’s Booty
4. Sir Hammerlock’s Big Game Hunt
5. Mister Torgue’s Campaign Of Carnage
6. Tiny Tina’s Assault On Dragon Keep
7. Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade
8. Mechromancer Pack
9. Creature Slaughter Dome​

Now this has not yet been confirmed, only rumored. 

It has been about a year since the release of the game so it could only make sense.

I started BL when BL2 came out and it was super fun but I still haven't gotten to BL2 so this might give me a reason.
