Even if that's true, it allows for more traffic to be directed. As long as people see it, it's in their memory.

 

Better for people to see it and not click it, than to not see it and want something to do.

I think it will go well. Eventually when it comes out, if it turns out to be a good game (I'm sure it will ), people will spread the word on forums and the population will grow bigger and bigger. Are you planning on advertising this?

For the launch month I will be using a small amount of advertising through adwords, and facebook for a limited period of time to seed the game.

I think you should make v0.1.0 for people to test it. Like a beta so you could see what improvements to make to the game. That's something Halo 5 should include in my opinion.
