Overheating and DRM on PS 4.

I've heard the ongoing reports of PS 4 overheating, but I have also just recently heard about DRM policies on PS 4 similar to what Microsoft removed from Xbox One. Has anyone else heard about this?

I have also heard that Sony is not allowing people in the video game press to set up PS 4's on their own.

Do you think thewre is any truth to these rumors or are they just rumors? Anyone have any links to articles about any of this?

There is only on report on this I could find and it was in Spanish ( thanks google translator ) anyway it happened at E3 I think in one of these glass cases > PS4-glasscase.png

So as you can see there is no ventilation in this and if there is it is not very good and also that ps4 was on all day to boot so of course if it was one all day and there not proper ventilation in there it will overheat and all this only happened once and only for a brief few seconds so no I don't think this is a second red ring of death. :)

EDIT : If it was the ps4 would be dead soon after launch people cannot just go and buy another console like there could in 2006.
