Ranger 447s PS4 first impressions

Caboose The Ace

Recommended Posts

I want into my local gameshop after school waiting 40 mins in line and final got home and unboxed the PS4 here is what my first impressions of it is

The Design :

Compared to the big Xbox 360 the PS4 looks small and futuristic and takes up less space it also looks sleek and shiny.

The controller :

I came into this to expect there to be a learning curve for me because of my many years with a 360 controller but as soon as I held it I felt right at home the touch pad is nice and frees up the awesome dpad and the light on the top I like it displays you're health I find it more accurate than in game for example it is green when you are full orange when you are at medium and red when you are low

The home screen : ( for Xbox players the dashboard )

The home screen is very easy to navigate with cool music in the background it is also separated and easy to get the hand of I like it more than the 360 dashboard as everything feels separate not everything kind of being crammed

The game :

As of now PSN is down ( who didn't seen this coming ) so I was stuck playing killzone shadow fall for 6 hours and let my post it is a good game the 3 missions I played all felt different the first you felt small and helpless the second open and wide ( like cryris ) and the third small cramped and gave my a dead space vibe and that's a good thing

So far I would say the PS4 is a good console it is easy to use and the killzone is fun. :)
