Please keep the "Is it" questions relating to 1 person/place/thing/organization/race/etc please. I think 1 answer per post should also pertain to questions as well. I'll gladly answer you question so long as Covenant and Forerunner are in separate questions. And like JL said the clues are in the riddle itself.
