The answer to this riddle is not in Halo lore... ..... If you're gonna use sarcasm in the internet, it has to be VERY obvious. That fooled more than just me - you effectively lied about someone winning. Second, your clue doesn't really work considering the rule of the riddle challenge is to be, y'know.....in the Halo lore.
