Personally, I don't enjoy fanfic very much, though I don't know why, considering I like serial stories, especially ones based upon things I already like. I'd probably have more incentive to read it if there was a base summary but if not I'm simply more busy with life. :3 Anyways, always nice to see a new writer come around, even if you are here just to advertise for your stuff.
