Can't Access DLC Map Packs

I have purchased the War Games Map Pass and I have no way to download any of the map packs from the Halo 4 menu. The Live marketplace specifically says not to download them from there because I will be charged a second time. Am I missing some way to download the maps in the main menu? Please Help.

You should be able to download it from the Halo 4 menu. Every map pack included in the Pass should be Free in there.

Have you checked if the download of your Pass has actually completed or corrupted?

In that case try re-downloading it, it might help!

First, Be sure that you have the appropriate amount of memory needed to download your DLC maps. 

 

If there is not a memory issue, you need to delete the maps and then re-download. You can do that by going to Settings selecting memory, and deleting the DLC maps for Halo 4. After this re-download the maps and you should have your DLC maps. Let me know if this does not resolve the issue.
