Star Wars the Clone Wars Discussion thread

Seeing as the final episodes of the clone wars were released on Friday, i figured i'd make this thread for all us fans to discuss all things clone wars, because lets face it the series was epic!

 

Now needless to say there will be season 6 spoilers so if you haven't seen them yet what are you waiting for? watch them already!

 

here are my thought on the 6th season so here be spoilers

 

 

Season 6 was awesome! the first story arc with Fives and Order 66 was awesome! Even though you know that the jedi weren't gonna find out about order 66 it still had me on the edge of my seat hoping they would listen to Fives. When Ficves died i was so sad, Fives was one of my favorite characters and he awesome. the medical droid AZ-345211896246498721347 was pretty funny too lol.

 

The second story arc with Padme was pretty boring IMO, honestly i could care less about this story arc. 

 

The 3 story arc with Jar Jar was actually pretty good! now some of you are probably thinking "something with Jar Jar good? yeah it actually was. sure wasnt the best of the season i think it was pretty good and it was definately better than the Padme arc. Tt was the shortest arc of the season with only 2 episodes and i thin Jar Jar and Mace Windu made an interesting pair lol.

 

The las arc followed jedi master Yoda and answered questions about the force ghosts how yoda learned about then and talked to Qui-Gon, it was awesome lol. Seeing yoda  going on a mission by himself fighting the darkness in himself and learning about the force ghost was just awesome, plus Liam Neeson reprising his role as Qui Gon when he talked to yoda helped make this arc even more awesome which is pretty impressive seeing how it was already awesome.

 

personally I can't decide if the Five or Yoda arc was better, both of them were near perfect, and they helped link the over all story more to Revenge of the Sith which was pretty sweet!

 

 

now for my favorite episode of the entire series you'd have to go all the way back to season one to the episode "Rookies" it was the first episode i saw and it introduced us to Domino Squad and more importantly Fives and Echo, both awesome character in their own right!

 

My favorite character would have to be Clone Commando Gregor he only came out in one episode i think but he was concentrated badass, at least when he got back his memories lol, he was able to hold off a base of battle droids by himself long enough for the droid and that small colonial dude to escape lol, he is the definition of the word awesome lol

I thought season 6 finished the Clone Wars series out very well. I felt the first three episodes about Fives held the greatest story arc bar none.

 

The ones about Yoda definitely held the deepest facts and small nuggets that become Star Wars trivia.

 

Favorite character introduced by the series for me is Echo.

 

I can't quite pinpoint what I like about him so much, but I'm just drawn to this clone. My favorite episode is Rookies as well, but I also really like the episode with Domino squad and the invasion of Kamino.

But I recently finished watching the first 4 episodes of season 6 and lets say one thing ... it was awesome.

 

The start of the first episode was very good and the animation was brilliant the whole battle with the droids was also good and it really shows how far the show has come from Season 1 ...

 

The next few episodes has me sitting on the edge of my seat the entire time I knew well the Jedi would not find out about order 66 but somehow I thought they would and it was extremely sad when fives died ...

 

I hate Fox.....
