As the New California Republic to the west and the Legion to the east battle for control of Hoover dam, the city of New Vegas and it's surrounding areas have attracted many criminals, bounty hunters, outlaws, mercenarys and similar types looking to profit from this war or settle in these unclaimed lands. Will they help their faction of choice gain power or will they carve out an independent slice for themselves? The New California Republic or the NCR is the largest nation to have emerged from the American south-west. Stretching from Baja in the south to San Francisco in the north, the NCR is largest faction in the wastes. They're taking after the old-world government and have adopted a Democratic system of government, though corruption is rife and red-tape prevents many things from being achieved. They have a large presence in the New Vegas area, though much of their force is concentrated at Hoover dam, leaving other locations under-manned.Caesar's Legion is a vast army of slaves, made up of 87 tribes. They are led by a single man, known as Caesar and are currently building up on the east side of the Colorado river. The Legion controls a large amount of territory to the east, going all the way to Detroit. By all accounts, Legion lands have been purged of raiders and criminals, leaving the residents of these lands safe, their trade routes secure and little need for guards while traveling. However, such safety and stability comes at the cost of many personal freedoms and harsh justice. Anyone running afoul of a Legionnaire may find themselves facing execution. Everyone in the Legion is a slave except for Caesar himself.Mr. House is the mysterious overseer of the Strip. Having never communicated directly with anyone, he acts through his Securitron police robots. Mr. House has reformed three tribes on the Strip, The Chairmen, The Omertas and the White Glove society, to staff the various casinos and restore Vegas to it's pre-war status as a gambling paradise. Mr. House has a treaty with the NCR, in which he retains sovereignty over the strip and receives power from Hoover dam, while NCR soldiers are permitted to enjoy the casinos and maintain an embassy on the Strip. Mr House recently ordered a few items to come to the strip but the Courier who had the Platinum chip. The platinum chip was the key to Mr House driving out the NCR and the Ledgion but the courier was ambushed and killed by raiders and the chip taken. So with his death the fate of the Mohave was changed forever but the truth is...... The game was rigged from the start. Caboose The Ace
John trudged up the long hill to the border between California and New Vegas, he hated the walks. It did not help that the sun seemed to be at its hottest yet. At least he had his lucky Duster to keep the dust storms out. John finally reached the top of the hill where a small NCR checkpoint was set up. John looked though the small booth he could clearly make out a NCR soldier asleep on a chair. John wiped the sweat off his forehead damm ! It was hot today. Well time was being wasted and he didn’t want to stand here for any longer! “Hey you wake up” John shouted, luckily for him it was loud enough for the NCR trooper to wake up. John heard a sound of a chair crashing onto the hard floor of the booth, before the soldier slowly came out with his weapon raised at John. “Halt who goes there, friend or foe?” The solider said stuttering at every word he said. “Well my friend it depends on what you are doing, you let me pass it makes me a friend, you don’t then it makes me a foe. Of course by the time you know I am a foe you will be dead on the ground, the choice as always is yours, pick wisely.” John warned the guard. “Damm you!” The solider moaned as he went inside the booth and clicked the button that opened the gate to the NCR Mohave outpost. “Good choice” John muttered as he walked past the booth and smirked at the guard that cowered before John. “Better luck next time” John uttered. BaconShelf
OOC* Mojave not Mohave* IC: A fresh click resounded as a new clip of 5.56mm ammunition was inserted into the large assault rifle. It had cost a fair few caps at the gun runners- bordering on 20,000! But it had been undoubtly worth it. Moving on, satisfied with the state of the rifle, an autopistol was laid, disassembled on the table. It took little effort to go through- inspect each piece (And replace a firing pin), clean it, and reassemble the weapon. Finally, she attached the silencer before putting the weapon in it's holster. The weapons check was done, helmet optics worked, and was ready for another journey into the wastes. Jessica had heard rumours- some guy being taken down in Goodsprings- a couple days back. The guy who killed him took something: and now an assassination order was out on him, "order of House, Robert. Reward of 10,000 caps or more." Anyone would be crazy to turn down that offer! Finally, she undertook the gruelling task of counting out at least 2,000 bottlecaps. She wondered why nothing had been offered as tens, hundreds or thousands yet- especially when most high end weapons were costing tens of thousands. Nontheless, the check confirmed 2,500, she was ready to go. She picked up the rifle leaning against the table, and pulled the Bowie knife out of a Legion helmet (With a mannequin head inside) that she had used for target practice. With all her gear ready, she opened her door and stepped out into the wasteland, briefly pausing to adjust her eyes to sunlight. She had been lucky with the find- this ranch, and a small sign that roughly inscribed 'Wolfhorn' had everything she needed: a farm outside, a water pump and being far enough from the road that no one bothered her, but she could watch the valley to the west- thanks to a handy sniper nest. She set off, to the north. It would be a two day journey to Vegas- she aimed to be at the El Dorado petrol station by nightfall.
Guts
Raymond stood up slowly. He had been sleeping in an ruined house. Raymond slid his weapons into his jacket and walked out into North Vegas Square. He looked around. Not a soul in sight. He began to stroll towards The Gray. Maybe he could trade with a resident. Raymond stopped outside The Gray. Two men passed by him. One of them said something about Mr House and a reward. "Excuse me, sir!", Raymond called out to the one of the men. "What!", snapped the man. "What was that you said about Mr House?", asked Raymond. "Mr House is giving a reward to whoever kills the raiders who attacked an important guy. Now leave me alone", said the man before quickly crossing the street. Raymond was curious. He had to see this for himself. No doubt it would attract plenty of attention. Caboose The Ace
John casually walked into the barracks after all that walking he needed a drink and a strong one at that. Lacey the bartender was busy serving customers at the bar. On hot days like these bars were full of patrons from all corners of the Wasteland. John looked around, the bar had not changed one bit. By one bit he meant it was still looked as bad as when he left. But they served a good drink here, some of the best food and drink out of new Vegas At least that was what Jhon thought. The bar was mostly full of NCR soldiers but that was to be expected at a bar build upon one of their outposts. John then sat at the nearest bar stool and called for the bartender. “So then what can I get you?” Lacey asked John. “A beer” John replied back. “At once” Lacey then grabbed a beer from the shelf and chucked it to John. John quickly grabbed the beer and twisted the top open and took a sip. “Before you take another sip that will be 10 caps” Lacey demanded. John then took 10 caps from his duster pocket and put them on the bar table. “Thank you for your patronage” Lacey then grinned and went off to serve other customers. John then took another sip. The beer here tasted as good as he remembered. He then clicked on his small radio that was clipped on his belt and changed the frequency to that of (The mr New vegas ) radio. “Greeting folks once again it is… You guessed it, Mr new Vegas, now time for some news. A packed courier was found shot dead near Good springs and a platinum chip was stolen from his body. Mr House has placed a reward on the killers head and the retrieval of the platinum chip at the large price of 10,000 caps or more. Now in other news the town of” John stopped drinking for a moment…. 10,000 caps or more! That would be enough to set him up for life he would live like a king no need to track down worthless bounties for months, no need to do some crime lords dirty work, no need to do anything. He would live like a king and do whatever the hell he wanted. But then everyone would want that bounty. He would have to think about this. Guts
Raymond walked back the way he came. He switched on his radio. "I've got news for you! Mr House is offering 10,000 caps or more for the killers of a courier.", said the voice of Mr. New Vegas. Raymond switched the radio off. This was serious business. People from all over New Vegas would be in on this. Raymond decided to go to New Vegas Strip. The quickest way there was through the sewers. He walked over to the manhole. He found a metal bar and wedged it under the manhole cover. Raymond lifted off the manhole cover and lay it down beside the entrance. He threw the metal bar to his left and descended into the sewers, replacing the manhole cover after him. Raymond had to be on his guard. There was some gang activity down in the North Sewers. Caboose The Ace
( Awesome now I can finally put this here ) John walked outside the bar, as dawn approached the Mojave, still holding his beer perhaps the fresh air would clear his mind. He took another sip and looked at the large statue in front of him. Could the statue look anymore pointless? Well it did have one use of course, Shade to but it bluntly. He took a walk up to the roof, Ghost the outpost’s main sniper was up there as usual. “Heh you think you can run, watch this!” Ghost muttered to herself before firing a bullet all the way down the slope and blew raiders head clean off his body. “Nice shot” John said “At bit sloppy on the shooting though” John then laughed. Ghost then turned around. “Oh it is… you” Ghost said unenthusiastically. “Why did you come up here John?” Ghost asked. “What you didn’t miss me?” John retorted. “Hell no, I am surprised you are even alive” Ghost countered. John took another sip of his beer. Ghost then returned to her shooting. “So, Ghost you know anything about that bounty that Mr House placed on the recovery of the platinum chip?” John questioned. Ghost turned back around “Is that why you came up here?” “Maybe” John resorted again. “Well John I can tell you that you are chasing a fool’s errand.” “Is that so Ghost?” “Yes it is lets face is news is going to get around. Not just in the Mojave but all around even as far as the Capital wasteland. People from all over will come and find nothing or be killed trying to find it. So you tell me is it worth spending months looking for someone you don’t even know and even if you found him he would be heavily guarded and you shot on sight? But let’s say you found him well someone else most likely already found him anyway and has killed you.” John looked downwards before looking up again. “I just wanted a taste of the good life, the easy life” Ghost then came over to John and put her hand on his shoulder. “No man lives an easy life” She then removed her hand and went back to sniping. “Come on Ghost you must know something” John begged. “Fine John, I do know something but it comes at a price”…. “There is trouble in Nipton” Ghost then pointed towards Nipton. “I saw large clouds of smoke coming from it. I asked Ranger Jackson if he could send some men. But he cannot spare any at all. So I asked anyone who came though but everyone refused, saying that had better things to do. So that leaves you. John go the Nipton scout the town out and report back. Then I give you the information to give you a healthy head start.” Ghost asked. “How do I know you are not bluffing?” John replied back. “Trust me here is 100 caps go get some fresh ammo and even a new weapon.” Ghost then pulled the caps out her pocket and handed them to John. “Okay then I believe you now Ghost” John then began walking down the ramp back to the ground. “Hey John, good luck” Ghost shouted. John looked behind him before he continued walking. “Okay here you go” John finished browsing under the shade of the large statue and handed the caps to merchant. “Thank you for you’re patronage” the Merchant expressed. John walked off with his newly brought items. It had set him back 4000 caps but it was worth every cap he would need it if he was going to have a chance at the bounty. The bullet flew though the air at lighting speed the raider didn’t even see it coming. Ghost reloaded her sniper. The other raiders ran away as Ghost fired at them. “That should teach you something, don’t screw with the NCR!” Ghost shouted hoping they heard her. Ghost heard the sound of footsteps coming up to the rook she quickly turned around…. It was John.“So Ghost how do I look?” John Inquired. Ghost took a good look at John’s new gear. “Jesus you really went full out didn’t you” Ghost answered. “Set me back 4000 caps but it gives me a fair shot” John turned around and let Ghost looked behind him before turning back around. John had brought a mask for himself that resembled what some of the NCR rangers had he had also reinforced his duster and brought two 44 magnum Revolvers and to top it off a Snipe rifle. “I sold my hunting rifle my binocuers. But I kept my old pistol” John bragged. . “Money well spent” Ghost agreed and looked up, night was coming in fast “Well you must be off John, night is drawing in.” Ghost pointed out. “Indeed” John agreed and with that John began the journey to Nipton. Gemini Dragons
Niel walks down the abandoned road in the blistering heat. Sure he passes people by occasionally but no one he really cared for. There was this one man in a checkered suite with two Great Khan members walking in the opposite direction as him. He didn't know who he was at the time he just figured he was a person of importance to the Khans. So he just ignored them and continued on his merry way. Entering small town of Novac, Niel heads to the Dino-De-Light gift shop restocks his provisions. "Thanks Cliff, seeya." Niels says before leaving, "No problem, take care now." Cliff relies. On the road Niel runs into a group of Legion soldiers, in a struggle he takes them out and loots their corpses for what they've got. He then drags the bodies to the side of the road and places there hands over their chests and gives them a brief moment of silence. He walks off mumbling about taking the lives of the less fortunate. Hours later he halts on the side of the road near Nipton and and decides to rest there for awhile. In the darkness of the night Niel enters Nipton unaware of the troubles ahead... Sιlεƞτ Aʟρнα
Sarah placed caps on the table, 400 to be exact, to pay for the energy cells she bought from the VanGraffs. She walked down the street towards the wrangler to ask about job information as soon as she exited the Silver Rush. She walked inside, sat at the counter, and ordered a drink. She was asking about job info when she stopped, hearing the radio someone turned on spout, “Greeting folks once again it is… You guessed it, Mr new Vegas, now time for some news. A packed courier was found shot dead near Good springs and a platinum chip was stolen from his body. Mr House has placed a reward on the killers head and the retrieval of the platinum chip at the large price of 10,000 caps or more." That was when she exited as quickly as possible, going towards good springs for more information.
Caboose The Ace
Night closed in, as John drew closer and closer to the burning town of Nipton. Its fires could be seen all the way from the Mojave outpost. 3 Geckos then ran towards John in a seemingly random formation. John pulled out his shiny new Revolver and took aim. 2 bullets flew though the air and hit two of the Geckos in the head before they even got close to John. The third Gecko turned and ran back. “Oh no, you don’t” John muttered to himself as he steadied his aim. He fired a third and final bullet it flew the Geckos head clean off its body. John then loaded several new bullets into the Revolver before walking onwards. He finally reached the cliffs that overshadowed Nipton. He pulled his newly acquired sniper from his holster on his back and looked down the scope towards the town centre. He could see flags of Caesars legion all around the burning rubble that was now Nipton. He looked around the burning rubble there was nothing but death all around. He changed from looking around the rubble and looked at the town hall. He saw men nailed up to crosses, and Legion soldiers guarding the town hall. He thought about shooting those Legion soldiers …. And then saving those men who had a fate worse than death, but he didn’t. It would be too risky. He looked down the scope again and saw what looked like the leader of the Legion step out of the town hall. He then handed a Powder ganger a card. The Powder ganger then ran off out the town and off into the wastes. John thought about going back out to Mojave outpost so he could be on this way to catch the thief of the Platinum chip. But he could not leave these men to their fates…..
Gemini Dragons
In the darkness Niel could not see the smoke clouds in the air from the long died out fires so he had not noticed them on his way in and with his mind wandering he also did not notice the bodies all around. Heading for the town hall he heard a rustle of clothes and thought it would be one of the town citizens so when he looked up he did not notice the smaller version of a bumper sword pointed at his face and a Legion soldier wielding it. "Uhh hi there, how are you to day?" Niel asks. No reply. "Right so uhh could you please move the sword out of my face?" he moved his hand slowly to the tip of the sword but the man wielding swung it and nearly cut his finger off doing so. Niel leaned back to avoid the slash but ended up falling to the ground. The legion soldier brings the sword down with yell of triumph but Niel rolls to the side and avoids it fatal blow. Quickly standing up he runs up to the soldier and kicks him in the chest with both feet sending the Legion soldier sprawling on the ground a few feet away. Niel darts up as fast as he could and runs around the corner, but with his luck he runs into the rest of the Legion 'pack'. Raising his arms up in surrender two of the Legions men takes his hands and binds them. The other soldier from before runs around the corner runs into him and nocks him. The Legion soldiers chuckle a bit and lift Niel off of the ground and escorts him to the town hall as, what would appear to be the leader of the small group exits the town hall. "Welcome, to the newly acquired land of the Legion. I am Vulpes Inculta." he says, "Hello there I am Niel Renson, how are you today?" Niel replies idiotically. "You are not very smart are you? Never mind it does not matter. All we need is for someone to live and tell the story of what happened here." he looks at his men, "Unbind him," he orders, and the others do just that, although a bit ruff. "Thanks, uhh, I appreciate it...I think." the man named Vulpes shows no emotion when he says, "You are to stay here and wait for someone to enter this town, you leave and our sniper, "he points to an area high above the cliffs, "will shoot you on sight, understood?" niel nods quickly. "Good, lets leave." he and his soldiers head beyond the village en route to their next destination. Niel falls backwards on the ground stunned at what just happened. He looks around now finally noticing the bodies and men hanging on the crosses, Chrusifiction, poor souls no one should die like that. He stands up walks over to one of them and reaches to untie him then thinks twice about it for the sniper might shoot him. His head slunks uselessly down and hangs there. His hands ball up, I'm useless! He turns and walks up the steps to the town hall and sits down....waiting.
Caboose The Ace
“What a fool” John muttered to himself as he saw a few Legion soldiers tie a man up who had just ran into the centre of town. He kept watching though the scope , unsure what to do. The legion leader then talked to the man and pointed for him to go, most likely to the Mojave outpost. The legion leader then cut bindings that the man had tied to his hands. The man then sat down outside the town hall. “Damm that guy got lucky” John was very, very surprised. The Legion rarely did things like this. The Legion leader then made a gesture for all his troops to move out of Nipton. John knew it was time to strike!John moved though what was left of Nipton as quietly as he could. He took special care to not alert the guards or the man on the steps. He took a quick look past the wall he was against 2 Legion soldiers were in sight, Both of them checking a nearby house. He quickly ran up and while both of them were not looking and stabbed one of them straight thought the heart with his knife. The other solider around, but it was too late for him. John removed the knife and threw it at the Legion soldier. That was too close…. He removed the knife yet again from the solider face and ran to a nearby houses wall He took a peak round it, Everyone on the crosses were dead, he had failed to rescue them in time. He felt a hole in his heart; if only he had been faster he could have rescued them. John turned to go back to the Mojave outpost and report back to Ghost. But he heard the sound of footsteps from the other side of the wall. John grabbed both of his Revolvers from his duster and looked around the wall again, ready from anything. Several legion soldiers walked down the road with a few Powder Gangers with them. Most likely the Legion planned to sell the Gangers into slavery. John holstered his dual Revolvers he knew what he had to do. Edited May 11, 2014 by Caboose the Ace

Gemini Dragons
Tired of waiting Niel stands up and walks into a house. Looking around he makes sure no one else is there. He closes the door when he is positive that no one is there and he whips out his sniper rifle. Siting in front of a window he looks at the cliffs searching for signs of the sniper. Noticing a slight glint in the light he hones in on it, what Niel sees rapidly annoys him. A mirror! they tricked me with a mirror! Blasting the mirror to pieces he thought, Those b*stards will pay. Walking to the Mojave outpost Niel continues to think about Novac. Its obvious that the NCR are spread thin but there are enough soldiers to station in each town under their control. So how is it possible that the Legion got this far into the area? A trader? Hidden routes? All the ideas he had were plausible but also unlikely. Mostly. It is true that he has heard of a few traitors amongst the NCR troops like in Camp McCarran. Recently an Officer was discovered giving information out via their comm tower. But only one was found. But that doesn't help understand how the Legion were able to get this far into NCR territory. He decides he'll figure it out later. Reaching the Mojave Outpost Niel walks into the main building, where all the paper work is done. "Hey Knight, where is the major?" he bluntly askes. "Ohh well he is in a meeting right now in the back but y-" he didn't even get to finish as Niel walks past the desk and into the hallway leading to the rest of the building. Opening the door to the meeting room he says, "Jackson time for that favor you owe me." Jackson, startled, says "Niel I am in the middle of a meeting. It'll have to wait." Niel retorts, "So you are saying the Legion will have to wait? Tch I hope you escape when they reach your door step, pal." he turns and walks out of the room. "Niel! Wait! What are you talking about?" without turning around he replies, "You should ask Ghost if you want to know that." OOC: How come people are not posting? I at least try to make every two or three days, if not then, then I'd try to make it once a week.
Caboose The Ace
John readied his sniper and looked down the scope… Night has fallen up on the Mojave now was the perfect time to strike. He watched behind an old pre war car, as the Legion soldiers moved up the steep road, they were perfect targets. The Legion soldiers had made the foolish decision to stick to the roads, and the roads out of Nipton were narrow covered by rocks both sides forcing them down a single path. He loaded new bullets into his sniper and put his finger on the trigger. The bullet flew from his Sniper rifle and his one of the Legions soldiers in the face killing him swiftly. Before the rest of the soldiers could move into a better position, John pulled the trigger again. The bullet flew from the rifle and hit the Legion soldier straight though the heart. The other 3 soldiers then took cover behind a car. John grabbed his dual revolvers and fired back, suppressing the 3 soldiers with an array of bullets. John saw the 2 Powder Gangers tied up next the 3 soldiers he had to be careful not to shoot them. John then ran out of ammo in both his Revolvers and reloaded them while he did so the 3 soldiers jumped from their cover firing their rifles as they and run towards John. But John was ready he quickly slid over the car bonnet as he slammed the new bullets into his guns and fired back catching the 2 soldiers by surprise and ending them swiftly. The last one threw his rifle to the ground and grabbed his machete from its holster; John could not act quickly enough!John was pinned back against the car bonnet by the Legion solider, as his Revolvers flew from his hands one landed on the car roof the other on the floor. John grabbed both the soldier’s hands and attempted to twist the knife back against its user. The Legion solder then screamed in pain as he fell to the ground with a bullet hole though his back. John looked up at the soldier’s killer both of the once captured Powder gangers stood there with both their newly acquired rifles pointed directly at John. Guts
Raymond dropped from the ladder and landed with a heavy thud in the sewers. He turned and began to walk to his left holding his machete at the ready. The sound of Raymond's footsteps echoed through the sewers. After half an hour, Raymond spotted the ladder leading to New Vegas Strip. He climbed up to the manhole cover and pushed it out of his way. Raymond's head poked out into the street. A few people passed by. Some ignored him but others glanced in his direction. Raymond pulled himslef from the manhole and repleaced the manhole cover. He dusted off his jacket and checked his surroundings. A few MP members stood scanning the area. Many people were inside the casinos or were simply standing in the street. Raymond walked towards the nearest merchant.
Gemini Dragons
Niel, already at Primm, had several contacts from NCR soldiers asking him to report to the Mojave Outpost. He just told them to get lost each and every time. If I am going to reach my next destination I'll have to head through Scorpion Gulch to get there faster. After helping the local citizens to with a few minor problems. The NCR detention facility is keeping its prisoners in check. Sneaking by, there were few Powder gangers here and there dotting the surounding area, but not too many, so he was able to sneak by with ease. Entering the mysterious area in which had a lot of bunkers and vents. He couldn't recall the name of the area as he passed by. Now finally he enters Scorpion Gulch. Pulling out his assault carbine in expectance of a hungry Rad Scorpion charging at him, but as he passed through he only had to kill two or three Rad Scorpions, and four Bark Scorpions. Usually there was a crap load more than that. Now exiting the deadly gulch he puts his carbine away. Scanning the horizon he sees Helios One and Novac. He enters the town once again this time not buying any supplies. He passes buy the NCR Ranger Station Charlie. Troopers returning from scouting are looking up to see Niel walk by. Some nod others just look away. Now on the Highway bridge that leads to the canyon to his right and Camp Searchlight to his left. He sees bodies in the canyon. Walking to inspect the bodies he notices they are the Legion patrol from before. Inspecting the bodies and finding nothing significant he wonders, Wait wasn't there five troopers? He looks around and sees a car a few feet away. Behind the car is the Legion patrol leader, Wait who is this guy? I was expecting that Vulpes guy. Niel squats down and inspects the body. Two bullet shots in the back, and it seems he had someone on the ropes before he was shot, from behind. There is two pairs of foot prints behind the body. It seems these three men had a dispute and one was forcibly dragged away. Wait! If I recall there was two Powder Gangers in the Legions custody? They must of escaped and take the other man prisoner, or he became friends with one and killed the other. Niel stands up done inspecting the body and ground. A flash in the distance is seen, luckily Niel guessed correctly for when he ducked the car behind him pinged with a bullet. Dashing behind the car to take cover, Niel fires off two rounds from his 10 mm. More bullets ring off the car above his head. "I am pinned and I have nowhere to run to. D*mn it, the wastes p*ss me off." Niel pulls out his Sniper rifle and ducks underneath the car. Nothing! He sees nothing! OOC- I like this post. . Oh and no I do not think I was character controlling, I only guessed the future events as to what happened in previous posts. Caboose The Ace
“Whoa, what the hell?!” John spluttered as the two Powder Gangers pointed their weapons at him. “Thank you for saving us, But I am afraid if you don’t raise you hands I will be forced to move mine.” The Powder Ganger uttered as he put his finger more firmly on the trigger. “But I rescued you!” John shouted aloud. “I said on your godamm knees!” The Powder Ganger repeated. “Don’t make me repeat myself again!” John crouched down and put his hands on his head. He didn’t expect it to end like this at all. “Good, Goodnight wastelander!” The Powder Ganger then hit Johns face with the butt of his new service rifle….. John was out cold.“That’s it! Good shot Son, but next time steady your aim, don’t just spray all over the range”“Okay dad” John groaned and then steadied his aim and fired, the bullet flew from the Pistol and hit target right in the middle.“Good Job son!” John was then picked up by this dad and hugged tightly.“Thanks Dad it was nothing though” John admitted to his Dad as he blushed. “Nothing?” John’s dad put John back down on the hard Wasteland ground and pointed to the target. “You think that was nothing?” “Yes Dad I think it was” John replied back. “Trust me Son that was godamm something” Johns dad then patted him on the back. “Come on now Son, now let me show you some real game.”
Gemini Dragons
After a few minutes Niel finally gauged where the shots were coming from. Every time a bullet hit the car, a flash appeared off in the distance before hand. All he has to do is wait for the next flash and fire......THERE! Firing off a round as the flash went off, a powder gangers body falls to the ground in the distance. So they are using stealthboys? Great. A hand grips Niel's ankle, and he is dragged out from underneath the car. Spinning around and his rifle ready to fire, he comes face to face with....another Powder Ganger. "Put your gundown!" says the shaken powder ganger. Niel sighs, "Ok." the Powder ganger is surprised to hear this and lowers his guard a little, he stutters, "Uuu, G-Good." But what came next was a real shocker. As Niel puts his rifle down, but he kicks the Service rifle out of his adversaries hand. Bolting up right, he whips out his 10 mm, "All right bub. Tell me everything you know about what happened here" Niel forces the powder ganger down on his knees
Caboose The Ace
John and his dad sat on the top of the small hill looking out for signs of life. “There!” John eagerly pointed a Gecko out to his Dad. “Good eye you got there Son” Johns Dad complemented him. John got his new pistol he recently nicknamed lucky from his holster and began to walk down. “Okay Son go down the hill and shoot it” John turned back and looked at his Dad, with fear in his eyes. “You’re not coming?” Johns questioned. “Don’t worry Son I am watching you” Johns Dad then patted his Son on his back before returning to sitting down. John walked down the hill and put his back up against the wall. He could feel his heart pounding. He took a peak from his hiding spot; he could see the Gecko eating the remains of a human. He quickly rolled from the wall and aimed down his Pistols sights and took his first life. The Geckos head blew right off its body in fountain of blood. John saw another Gecko coming from the corner of his eye. He closed his eyes and hoped for the best as he pulled the trigger. He blew two of the Geckos legs off, killing it. Johns Dad then ran down the hill and picked up his Son and hugged him. “Well done Son!” Johns dead exclaimed proudly. John felt all his fear go away he felt proud of himself…..John awoke his vision was blurred he soon regained control of his senses and looked around he was in some kind of room, maybe an old pre war bunker perhaps? He tried to get off the floor and run but soon found his hands and legs were tied. He heard the sound of foot steps and turned his head to the direction of the stairs…
Gemini Dragons
Sneaking into what used to be the old NCR correctional facility, the facility housed NCR's problems in the Mojave. Niel having been an expert on sneaking got through the worst of the dangers there, but sadly he was discovered in the courtyard of the facility, which may I remind you has towers all around and guards in them with weapons to blow both Brahmin's heads off. They fired on him, and with that he took a bullet to the leg and nearly had one placed in his back, with his agility though it only grazed his shoulder. After that he limps into one of the jail blokes. Luckily there was no one in there. He performs fist aid with his doctors bag and a stimpack. Niel limps down the hall glancing in the dark cells. Movement catches his eye in one of them and he says, "Anyone there? If so please respond, before those a*sholes out there come in." he waits for his response.
