Doole117
The IUPAC is currently considering recognizing and naming the element 117. I would like all fellow gamers to join me in petitioning their facebook to name the element after Master Chief. Here are the details: The element is heavy. It has been missing from the periodic table for a while. No proposed name is published. My idea: MASTERCHIEFIUM Lets work on making the periodic table a little more cool! I_Make_Big_Boom
Well these are some hardcore science nuts (which I think are in Germany). I doubt they'd have the tolerance to forever name an element after a Video Game character they've probably never heard about. BUT here's hoping the dudes/dudets are hip, and name it after our special Spartan McNoodle!
Ardent Prayer
This which I very highly doubt would happen, would actually be pretty cool. xD
ShockGazm
It would be cool if they did but I wouldn't exactly be disappointed if they decided not to either.
Coldfreeze
There is a vitamin literally named Sonic the hedgehog. Can't see why they should not call this one masterchiefium
Pbrabbit
hmmmm I could go for that name. It'd be very cool.

Is not JL
Are you guys talking about.....Ununseptium? Element 117? O.o Well, the IUPAC, if they officially recognize element 117 (Which was synthesized back in 2010?), may switch to use a permanent name suggested by the discoverers, who were americans and russians jointly. If they played Halo, then mehbeh. There is a vitamin literally named Sonic the hedgehog. Can't see why they should not call this one masterchiefium You wouldn't believe the funny names out there in chemistry. Best compound name is for ((Mg,Fe)7Si8(OH)22) lmao
Gemini Dragons
*facepalm* Greatest idea ever! I wish I could have come up with that!
