I'm sure people will respond in disagreement to what I'm about to say but I don't care, It's the truth. The battle rifle has ruined Halo 4. If your like me, and you grew up playing Halo, then you already know what I'm talking about. Forget the balanced weapons system used by it's original creators. 343 decided to attract it's new fans by making the battle rifle a one shot kill weapon. No skill? No problem. Just pick up a battle rifle, stand on the opposite side of the board, and press one button all day. Your playing with the big boys now, you just killed 18 people with a battle rifle and you didn't have to do ****! No aim? No problem. Come within just 10 feet of your opponent and your almost guaranteed a head shot. Sounds fun right? Don't get too excited though. Whenever you do shoot someone in the head (even multiple times) it won't count and you'll almost certainly die. Makes sense right? Some people may call this inconsistency a major flaw in the games design but not 343 and certainly not all the garbage ass halo players who enjoy playing like this.They instead decided to team up together and patch the game to make the battle rifle even more powerful! Forget the Halo games of the past where all the weapons were balanced. 343 has truly show us the way! It's use the battle rifle to get your kills unjustly and cheap or face certain death and lose. I don't know about the rest of you out there but I'd rather die like a real spartan in battle than stand across the board pushing one button all night pretending to have any real skill. Thanks 343. Your the best! lol. ur funni. OT: Look, either you mean the Sniper Rifle, or you are playing Swat... if neither or those two apply to you, then you really have no idea what you are talking about. The battle rifle is a four to five shot weapon, not a single shot weapon. If you are playing Swat, then any weapon you use can be a single shot weapon. The Sniper Rifle can also be a single shot weapon... but seriously... you must be trying to troll hard if you believe that the Battle Rifle is a single shot weapon. Here is some homework: Go into a custom game with a friend or guest. Choose a Battle Rifle as a weapon. Use default settings. Count how many shots it takes for the other guy to die... literally count how many times you pull the trigger then come let me know.
