Shun 'Kanamee
What changes to single player have happened in the anniversary? Are the vacations and fun glitches gone?
ODST N Tarkov
Nothing has changed.
Ardent Prayer
Campaign vacations and Glitches and all that fun stuff will still be in the Anniversary edition. Just the 6 remade maps in MP won't hold the previous glitches.
RedStarRocket91
The Anniversary edition is running on exactly the same physics engine and object meshes as the original game, so all the old glitches, tricks, bugs and exploits should still work exactly as they used to - including in the legacy multiplayer. There'll also probably be some new visual easter eggs when using the remastered graphics mode. However, when playing the Anniversary multiplayer (which is accessed separately from the legacy multiplayer) most exploits and bugs won't be present. rrhuntington
I can't wait to go to the back thrusters of Cairo station again. That was a very fun, and easy vacation glitch.
Shun 'Kanamee
Well when reskinning the whole maps and fleshing out the maps. I think the vacations are bumped up to eastereggs.
Nicole
Campaign is all the same from what I hear! They re-did a few multiplayer maps, which personally I disliked. A bubble shield was added as an option in the middle on Acension... But fans can still enjoy a lot of the classic H2 we loved
Ranger Intel
As far as I'm aware, nothing major. There are improved graphics and audio, which are optional. Easter Eggs should still remain, maybe a few new ones with the newer graphics like RedStar mentioned. They did this in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary with the sneaky troll face on the first mission, so why not pull something off in Halo 2? Not sure about the Scarab Gun though. In multiplayer, some maps have been remade and there new features you can interact with. They're also pulling in the all new Gungoose. Melody
They're also pulling in the all new Gungoose. Hm, that's interesting. Never heard of that being announced. Cool.
