Hello, I am soon to be having my own YouTube Gaming Channel. And am interested in using halo as one of my games (Halo 3 more often) Now I understand that use were not the makers of Halo 3, but would it be possible and how would I go through the process of "Copyright Access" so when I post videos I do not get copyright Infractions

Uhm... Just record it dude, 343i doesn't take down videos with footage of the game in it UNLESS it's the whole game, which I assume you won't do. Also, we're not official 343i, it's a community forum

There's no real reason to worry about infractions from uploading gameplay videos. There are thousands of Let's Play series, so as long as you keep the videos within a decent time limit you shouldn't have to worry.
