x Mataeus x
Hi. My gamertag: x Mataeus x My fiance's tag: Acid Rainbow13 We were just playing a game of Multiteam, which started with FIVE teams instead of four (the extra was purple). On the red team was a guy who's tag displayed in game as 'MsG 4 ExP MoD', who was one and two shotting, winning by an extraordinary margin. We finished third in the match, and we were IMMEDIATELY PROMOTED to five star generals in the Multiteam Playlist, with our Multiteam XP showing at 3142 for me us both (we were both around the 600 mark before). Checking the gamertag to file a complaint, his tag actually shows up as 'BSG l General', or 'BSG I General', I cannot tell in the Xbox font. Not only am I deeply upset, as my fiance and I have been playing Halo 3 for years together gradually upping our Multiteam XP, but I'm TERRIFIED that somehow it will flag up as if we've hacked the game / pur profiles / whatever and we'll get banned or worse. I'm still in the post-game lobby right now, I dare not even come out of it. Bizarrely, our 'proper' rank has not changed according to the service records, just the playlist rank. What should we do? The game was on Citadel, if that helps? Please someone official respond ASAP. Should I phone Microsoft and report this? Is there a 343i support number I can call (I'm in the UK). My profile is extremely important to me; I have HUNDREDS of games purchased on it, and hundreds of add-ons etc. I have over 130,000 gamerscore. I'm really worried :'( Sorry, the game was on Construct. Terrified here. I'm going to try dashboarding and loading back up to see if the hack has stuck. Ive heard of hacked lobbies in COD before, where people have had all their achievements unlocked in them, but never seen anything like this first hand
Mr Biggles
Hello.First things first, we are not the official forum, we are a community/fan forum. But you are 1000% welcome to stay.Second pointWe cannot do anything about this and this seems to be, from another post becoming an ongoing problem, if you would like to report it, either report it on the official forums at halo.xbox.com or you can simply phone Microsoft, explain to them the situation, and see what they can do from there.I do not believe there is a contact number to contact 343i Directly. Also, I believe that since this is Halo 3, it will not be such a big deal.If you want any more details please feel free to PM me.
