TMGnrocinu64 Posted September 3, 2014 Report Share Posted September 3, 2014 I preordered halo 4 and got the War games map pack, and up until a year ago, it worked. last year, my map pass gave me an alert saying that I needed a license to use it... I contacted Microsoft support because 343 doesn't have a contact E-mail or customer service line (as far as I know). I want to know why it doesn't work anymore, and can I get either refunded, or a new download for my account? this issue has turned me away from the Halo frenchise... I tried using the Microsoft help desk, but couldn't navigate through the phone...I just want to have 343 E-mail me or something. I kinda feel cheated out of my money. Your best bet is to try tweeting your problem @BSangel or posting your problem on the official Waypoint forums. Sorry to hear about this inconvenience and I hope you can get it resolved soon.
