Having issues with the archive unlock codes on waypoint

This probably isn't the right plce for this but since there doesn't seem to be any direct contact info on the site, and I'm not allowed to post in the waypoint forum, here it is.

 

Having problems with the unlock codes, specifically the ones for the spartan Assault achievments. First off, from what I can tell there should be 4 different sections for 4 different codes, each one tied to a different achievment, but it's only showing me 2, the 'flying colors' one, which worked fine, and the 'recruit' one, which, while I have the achievement, won't accept the code. I also have the 'prodigy' achievment, but there's no box for it, and the codes for both, when I enter them, tell me I still need the achievement. For the 4th section, the internet tells me I need to unlock the 'Able Spartan' achievement, however as far as I can see, no such achievement exists, and there is no section in the archive for it in any case.

 

Does anyone know what is going on or how I can get this to work? All the other codes have worked fine.

Are you using the right codes for the right platform? They have different ones for Windows 8 and Xbox.

I do believe the Xbox has only one code that unlocks everything if I recall correctly.

It could be the wrong code but it could also be a problem with the servers.

Can't be, it still shows the recruit one as locked, but the flying colors opened fine. it gives me the prompt that's usually reserved for when the code is right but you haven't done the achievement yet.

I had a similar problem with Borderlands 2, someone from Gearbox had to go in and unlock it.

Hoping something similar can be done
