Novasolar
Hey All, Just joined soley for this post; I've just been put on a 60 min ban for 'quitting too many games'. No lie when I say this; I never quit. Ever - I always play to the end. The message came up halfway through a game, I'd been playing SWAT mostly and seen other players quit, then I played some CTF where I booted a player for teamkilling, had a match where everyone left but me, and then back to swat. Only then, in the middle of a game did the message come up. Is there something else to this? Any way of the game thinking I have quit when I have never, ever quit mid match? And as for lag or connection issues, my connection is sound, I play fair and never try to cheat, and play decently - 10 - 15 kills a match on SWAT and never go AFK. Why the hell was I banned? I know it's a bit whiney, but I'd like to know if I've done something wrong, cause' I haven't come up with anything.
Sikslik7
You are going to want to head over to Xbox Customer Support and Halo Waypoint (343i's official site). This is just a community forum, so we can't do anything about the ban. But thank you for explaining your problem as best as possible, this helps so much when you are needing help or trying to help someone. Issues that I potentially see: 1. Connection problem: (does not sound like it, as you aren't disconnecting from games or complaining about huge lag issues) 2. Account hold or issue: Either MS or the Halo servers are not registering your account the entire time, or have something in the system against your account (ie a permaban, not resetting ban points, or something that should not be there). 3. Hardwire issue: Your xbox, router, or other device on Microsoft's end is being tripped up and registers you quitting games or disconnecting, even when you are not.
