Donut
Hey people of 343, I am starting to workout more because I am joining the baseball team in my High School and I need to start to workout more. Any tips on gaining the muscles? I already have "Dumb Bells", those things you lift when you're on a bench and you lift the weights up. I am already a fast runner, strong legs and athletic, I just need the arm-strength for throwing and batting. I play in the Center Outfield, I hit pretty hard, but not hard enough, that's why I need to gain more muscles, so I can get some Home-Runs and RBI's. So, if there are any tips or tricks you know to gain some muscle on the Arms, please show me. Also, I'm looking forward to getting "Rock-Hard" Abs. Ya know, 6 Packs, (Not Beer) I need to improve that as well. Please post below and tell me any tips on getting hard abs, upper body strength and great arm muscle. Thank you for reading! -KoS, (Also known as Jason H, which is my real name).

EGYPTIANGHETTO
"After burn effect" workouts, basically you keep burning fat and gaining muscle i believe 24 hours after you do it, stuff like bench pressing. what I would recommended: Concentration curls Hammer Curls Bench pressing -- The first one really concentrates on your biceps( the muscle un the top part of your upper arm) the second one is for biceps but works on your triceps too, and a bit on shoulders Bench pressing works mainly on your chest but does work on your shoulders and triceps also. For abs, weighted sit ups. You should also search different techniques/moves and switch it up a bit, it grows muscles faster. and if your really going at it, get sufficient amount of protein. Always remember to warm-up before starting and streching, so maybe do some cardio. Also, dont underestimate the basic things, push-ups, pull-ups, etc. get sleep, its the time when your body focuses completely on regenerating. Drink milk and other things that helps you to heal your muscles. Hope I helped
