I preordered the digital version of the game months ago, but it didn't correctly license my account. I was able to download the game, but it wouldn't let me play it.... Long story short, I had to rebuy the game 3 more times with tech support to finally get the license to activate my game. The game, nightfall, halo channel and the bonus were all in my queue fully downloaded. When it finally activated, everything moved to my games/apps and out of queue, except the bonus. The bonus is still sitting in my queue and I can't get it to work/activate. XB tech support told me 343 is the only place that can fix the issue at this point. He told me to contact 343 and gave me a letter and case number to give them to validate that it is there fault my bonus isn't working. Well..... there is absolutely no way to contact 343 that I can find. I tried sending them a Facebook message but besides that, this is my only other option.... Anyone able to help me get this straightened out? I can't find any contact number or email for customer/tech support.
