VinWarrior
Ralph Baer, regarded widely as the father of video gaming as a medium, has passed away today at age 92. Have you ever paused in the middle of your Call of Duty match and wondered how all this is possible, or stopped typing away at your keyboard about how the new Halo sucks to really regard the man/woman who made all this possible? Well, the truth is one man truly made gaming possible, Ralph Baer, and today he has sadly passed away according to IGN.com. Ralph was an immigrant from Germany at the time of World War II and left for a better life in the US in 1938. Ralph would go on to become a revolutionary thinker and inventor when he created the first ever video game console and made today's Xbox Ones and PS4s possible. Without Ralph, there would be no gaming industry, and today we celebrate the man who made our moments of sadness, happiness, and creative luster possible. Ralph passed at age 92 from natural causes with a list of accomplishments and medals under his belt. Share your thoughts on this tragedy and help remember such a great man. Goodbye Ralph Baer, you made all this possible, and we won't anytime soon forget your contributions. There's a special place in all gamer's hearts for you and your work.
